 Post Test does not launch once the course is completed
Solution POST TEST DOES NOT LAUNCH 

The most common cause for a post test to fail to open is that a pop-up blocker from the web-browser is still enabled.  Be sure to disable all pop-up blockers before launching the Value-Added Learning Network.  Be careful that any installed toolbars also have their pop-up blockers disabled (Google, Yahoo toolbars).
